  Ensure your items are unused, in original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that perishable food items are non-returnable for safety reasons.

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the product.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and use the provided return shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the parcel back to our warehouse.

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
